Recorded at Playback Recording Studio in Santa Barbara, CA by Grammy-nominated recording engineer Tucker Bodine,and mastered by Grammy-winning Gavin Lurssen of Lurssen Mastering.
In Anna's own words "It takes a village to record an album- this work is a reflection of the love and effort people gave to help someone make a dream come true".

ABOUT ANNA SCARLET
A Passionate Performer
Anna Scarlet is a professional American Musician that has dedicated her life’s work to music and entertaining others.
Born and raised in California, now living bi-coastally, she got her start in a large and highly musical family. Her parents found local fame in the 1980’s performing British folk music together, and her father was also the marching band director for the local high school.
She is a classically trained pianist who began playing when she was two years old, composing her first instrumental piece at seven.
She also began acting in regional and school plays, and performing with her father at local events. Eventually deciding on an acting career, she moved to Los Angeles in 2002. In addition to TV and Film, she began performing with a Second City-trained improv group under Jeff Doucette and later joined a different group under Richard Kuhlman. One of her friends in the troupe urged her to get back to music, inspiring Anna to buy a piano and start playing again.
In 2008, while going through a divorce, she began writing, and writing, and writing... and soon she had over 100 songs. She started a band called Chi-Chis Con Leche with a friend, and began immersing herself into the music scene.
In 2010, she began consulting for Playback Recording Studio, assisting artists in composition and co-writing songs with new talent. It was during this time that others began to seriously urge her to record her compositions as well.
What makes her debut album stand out is the freedom with which the product was created. It is a true melding of artists and what they FELT to do on a song- she was determined to create an environment where the other musicians would be at liberty to create with her during the sessions.
Perfecting her unique sound over the years, Anna Scarlet is paving the way as an influential Musician in the modern age of music.
